If youâre looking to conceive twins, thereâs no surefire method. But there are certain genetic factors and medical treatments that might increase the possibility. Medical treatment is by using infertility medications which increase the chance for twins. Apart from that you can have folic acid on a regular basis which has shown in some studies to help but it's not a sure thing. If you have a family history of twins then you're more likely. Other factors such as over the age of 30, tall women, etc.

Hello
Getting twins has nothing to do with supplement
It's just happening at the time of fertilisation
Either monozygotic or dizygotic twins are formed.
Thank you
