Can I take iron supplement with HB trait

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have low haemoglobin count of 7.5 , and have HB E trait in Haemoglobin Electrophoresis Test (reports screenshot attached) Is it safe to take iron supplement ( Orofer XT tablets) for low haemoglobin with this test results . Please advice

Tablets will not give improvement when hb level is below 8.. you have to meet a nearby MD physician nearby for iv iron mediation
