I'm suffering with pain in stomach at night 2am.can I take rantac tablet without eating food

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes, rantac is a medicine which reduces secretion of acid in the stomach and it's to be taken on an empty stomach. Preferably half an hour before food.
