I have acne and itching problem on my face. Currently I am using Episoft cleanser and ahaglow moisturizer for my face as prescribed by the Dermatologist. But it doesn't make much changes. For somedays it will be good and again it will start itching and acne. Can I take Antoxid-HC. I know this alone won't help much for acne, but anyway its good supplement for skin. I have some 21 tablets stock at home which was bought for sunburn treatment for my husband. It will anyway go waste so thought of taking it if it doesn't have any side effects. Anyway my skin needs some healthy supplements.

Better not...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Hello
Oh yes dear!! You can take it!! Infact it will help in skin rejuvenation
But make sure you are also following a proper skincare regime
Just anti-acne cleanser and moisturizer won't work and this is not even half of your treatment
Better to take professional help when it comes to acne because treatment changes according to type and grades of acne
