Can I use folic acid?
Hi I'm planning for pregnancy...I'm using folic acid supplement daily...and I have low vitamin-d...should I take vitamin-d supplement daily?

You can take vitamin d weekly supplements 400 units per day for 2 months and then repeat levels.. Also stop it for the first trimester if you get pregnant
