Can lack of eating and pms cause diarrhe

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My period is due to start in 2 days. The last few days I ve had no appetite whatsoever. I also have severe anxiety making it hard to eat. For 2 days I ve only eaten a poptart. Since Tuesday I ve been having cramps and diarrhea. No nausea, no vomiting, no fever. Just lack of appetite and diarrhea. Drinking water mostly. Can this be causing the diarr
