Can PID cause diarrhoea?
Can PID cause diarrhoea, lower back cramps, and drop in WBC count? Patient has a history of HPV positive as well.

Not due to PID but due to HPV infection In viral infection usually WBC count come down.After consulting to gynecologist get done some investigation and treatment.
