Can salt be added in 6 month old food?
Iugr baby : birth weight 1 kg,preterm - 34 weeks 3 days. Current weight 5kg and is now 6 months old. My paediatrician has advised that a pinch of salt can be added to his food. Can salt be added?

vegetables and fruits have their own natural salt and sugar in it .that's sufficient for babies
