Can sleep timings impact blood sugar
I used to sleep at 11 pm wake up 7 am.. my sugar used to read 115 fasting. Now die to work i sleep at 1.30 am get up by 8.30/9 AM but now my fasting has increased to 140. Could this be because of sleep timings?

Yes. Sleep can have this much impact on blood sugars
