Can stretching cause placental abruption
Hello doctor, I am currently 7 months pregnant. I was trying to do some side stretching exercises and I guess I over stretched my left side and I could feel a pain on my left hand side of my abdomen and pelvis. My pelvis has become soft, tender and abdomen have become loose. I read online that stretching can cause placental abruption. Is this true? Is there a cause for concern? I am feeling my baby kick normally but just freaking out about the advice google is giving me about stretching and placental abruption. I have attached pictures of the exercises I was performing below. Kindly advise.

Get done ultrasonography  so position of placenta will be clear.Abruption  causes severe pain in abdomen and abdomen will be stony hard.Better discuss to your gynaecologist.
