I understand your problem. Erectile dysfunction (ED) can be due to many reasons , the major causes being 1)Psychological -performance anxiety, stress, 2)Medication related- as in nicotine, drugs called ssri can lead to ED 3)smoking, alcoholism, recreational drugs 4)increase level of prolactin hormone 5)neurogenic disease So, First we need to evaluate the cause...
Next Steps
You have to answer certain questions, - Is something psychological, lack of confidence ,performance anxiety present in you stopping you from getting erection and if u think that is the reason somewhere down the line..some psychological mind clutter stops you from erection then you should go to a psychiatrist for counselling. - if not, then are u on some medications from long, or u smoke, or u take recreational drugs, or u take alcohol too much??? -if not, then u have to evaluate certain things 1) get your sex hormone levels checked 2) get a penile ultrasound doppler done by any good radiologist. If there is no pyschological cause , no cause related to smoking and other habits or any long term medication , then by hormone check and doppler we can come to conclusion what is the cause for this...and only then accordingly we can start treatment. Hope this helps Thankyou
