It's been few weeks now that I'm not able to sleep on time. I'm trying excercising to tire myself out to sleep. I'm under some pressure too and think about my career a lot.
I need to have some healthy lifestyle but I can't. Can you suggest something?

Better to consult nearby psychologist , u may need some medicine For shirt time to overcome all this
Avoid any screen time mob lappy TV near to bedtime..
Keep mob as far as possible.
