Can't stand even 15 min..

Hi sir/madam Basically am a lecturer, need to stand more time and speak...but since 1 year am really unable to stand much time, I can't sit even sit in cross leg , while sleeping also can't one leg on another .. It pains. . Weakness. .dizziness. .can't work more. . Pls suggest me ..
