Can’t tell if I’m pregnant or stressed
First of all I’m on birth control, not a low estrogen form and I did miss one pill this month but then took two to make up for it the next day. We use condoms every time but one time this month (not typical whatsoever). My period came this week on time but it’s very light and it seems to be over? I did have some of what I think were endometrial clots. I’ve been extremely stressed this entire month as this is my busiest month of the year. Should I go get a pregnancy test?

With birth control pills the quantum of bleeding may be less than your regular period.  Low probability of pregnancy, as you made up for the missed pill.
Next Steps
If no further symptoms of abdominal pain or irregular spotting, do not worry. Continue your pills
