Can we get medical to submit in office
Hi,
My sister has allergy and she is prone to cough and cold. We have her medical reports with us on the basis of report can we get medical certificate so that she can take medical leaves.

Thanks for your question.Mere presence of allergy and proneness to cough and cold is not a legitimate ground to issue a medical certificate through online consultation in this phase of SARS coV 2 pandemic in my opinion.Though it may vary if detailed history reveals something else as well.Though in pandemic the laws are prevailed different.Rather I would suggest to follow the rules of present situation to avoid getting infected and protect herself from allergy by taking medication under supervision.
