Cancer Ulcers
I have multiple ulcers on the end of my tongue. My tongue is secreted with yellow saliva substance in morning. I do smoke for past 6 years.
There is also a pain in one particular portion of the throat.
Is this cancer or early stage of it?
My age is 23 only.
