Canker Sore in the eye

There are canker Sore in eye of my grandfather which is bothering and blocked the vision.Its been two days since it has occurred in the eye and there is frequent water like coming out of eye therefore we need suggestions on what to do.

Put antibiotic eye drops frequently say every hour for 2 days. If better, continue till done. If not, see an eye doctor who will clean the eyes and take a swab and send to pathology laboratory to test for what organism is causing the problem and then change the treatment accordingly.
