Cannot speak
Yesterday my voice was fading and I was coughing from time to time. Today I woke up coughing, but I couldn't speak at all and I still cannot do it. I feel no pain, it's just that I cannot speak and sometimes I cough, but rarely. I'm very worried about my voice. I have had tea and some medicine. Am I losing my voice permanently? What should I do?

Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
