Cant sleep at night, but can in the day
Because of loads of schoolwork, I have the habit of sleeping at around 2:00 and waking up at 6:00. I only get about 4 hours of sleep a night but I feel normal, only falling asleep once or twice throughout the day. On the weekends I try to make up my sleep, however I’m not able to fall asleep before 2:00 even if I’m extremely exhausted. Currently It is almost 3 am and I cannot sleep even though I am tired and have been falling asleep throughout the day.
