Cant sleep.
Yesterday its 2:00 in the morning and i cant sleep. then i don't know what time i fell sleep and wake up early in the morning or 9:00 am. and i'm here right now still not sleeping. what should i do?

You need to tire yourself out physically and mentally.  Enter bedroom only when you start yawning. Until then keep yourself Busy.
Next Steps
stop whatsapp Facebook etc 2 hours before sleeping. do not watch TV while preparing to sleep.
Health Tips
read books ,  play light music,  do 45 minutes of exercise/running before 5 pm.  eat less in night.  visit doctor only after you have tried these tips.  you need to have many weeks of sleeplessness  before you are diagnosed with any sleep disorder . if you emotional issues please work with your family for support.
