Carcinoma Cervix - My Sister Having Abnormal Bleeding For 3

My sister having abnormal bleeding for 3 months, her ultrasound report shows cholethiasis, mild spenomegaly and carcinoma cervix, her report shows cervix appear bulky with bullied posterior lip and shows an ill defined mass of size37x7mm. Is it sure it was cancer.
