Cardiac tests
Chest pain on exertion for last 2 years. Palpitations whilst resting. Occasional dizzy spells. Tests performed: 7 ECG's, all reported as normal, bar one which showed a possible ectopic Echo-cardiogram, reported as normal ECG treadmill test, reported as normal Coronary CT Angiogram, reported as normal I'm 21, male, no known health problems. Resting 57bpm, BP 130/80 Is it possible for all of the above tests to miss something cardiac? Mr doctors have just dismissed it as anxiety now...

All preliminary tests are normal.  So don't worry much.  You are young and ischemic heart disease is unlikely.  Don't be anxious
