I had heart attack 2 months back.I am 47 years old.Stent was placed then.I comfortably walk for around 5km daily morning .Can i now do treadmill and still cycling? How much be my pulse rating at treadmill panel?My resting heart rate is normally 53.

You must be on beta blocker that's why resting heart rate is 53.Medication has to revieved and dosage can be adjusted. Recommendation for exercise can be done accordingly.
