Care for dull skin, hair and nails.

Hi, 1.I have a sensitive skin. My skin has become very dull and full of hyperpigmentation. Can you suggest some serum of cream for glow ing skin or suggest some beauty rutine. I am already using good medicated sunscreen of SPF 50. Suggest me some serum which i can use below my sunblock. also some multivitamins which are good for skin, hair and nails. 2. My hairs have become dull and lifeless. Hair fall and greying is also there. I have oily scalp and dry ends. Suggest some home care or medication or suppliments. 3. What can be done to make my nails storng and yo grow fast. Nails are very soft and brittle. What can be done to make them grow fast and to make them strong and white as color of nails is pale as well.
