Ask police officials about requirements of covind test.
Check rules for traveling from your state City to destination state City.
In few state covid test is needed I think for traveling in Goa from 5 states.

You don't need any pass for traveling within same state.
If u travel from containment zone to green zone or orange zone each m every person irrespective of age or gender or socioeconomic strata will go through covid test.
It will be done at district civil hospital or nearby PHC.
There after home quarantine is compulsory bfor two weeks even if report are negative.
