Cataract, high bp n sugar
I have cataract in both of my eyes and I have to get them operated but I also have increased levels of blood pressure and sugar. I am taking medicines for bp since 4 yrs bt i just found out about my sugar. Please suggest me d measures by which i can control my blood pressure and sugar levels.

hello der do exercise go for a walk
avoid sweets
salt
rice in diet
have food regularly on time
take medications regularly so bp and blood glucose level will be in normal range consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
