Hello
Choice depends on many factors like
A. Corneal topography
B. Angle kappa
C. Professional and social requirements
Multifocal will give you handsome distance and near vision without need of glasses but you may have decreased contrast sensitivity, glare, blurred intermediate vision
Monofocal lens gives you freedom from all these but you will need glasses
So choice is all yours
