Most of the clinics will charge 20000 to 30000 plus the IOL cost. As suggested meet a trusted ophthalmologist and find which lens is going to suit you best depending on the professional  and routine requirements of the patient.

I hope you have discussed the pros and cons of a trifocals lens with your eye surgeon and not merely researched with dr. Google. Aside from the expense not every patient will be happy with a trifocal IOL. I suggest you first find an eye doctor whom you trust and discuss costs with him rather than shopping for which one will do the surgery for 100 rupees less!
