Post cataract operation problem. Excessive water flowing from operated right eye. Has been swollen and also turned reddish causing severe pain.

Pain & swelling is not good sign after cataract surgery ,you immediately consult some experienced Ophthmologist otherwise you may get your vision lost in operated eye forever.

Hello.... It is common for cataract patients to experience watering of eyes after cataract surgery. ... The area around the cataract incision should be kept well lubricated .In the absence of a good tear film one may experience irritation, watering of eyes. Artificial tear drops are recommended to reduce the symptoms.consult your surgeon once .
