Cavities in molars.child is 5years.some dr have suggested root canal.what if I leave the tooth as it is.because it's a milky teeth.is root canal necessary

All the time root canal is not necessary.some time Norma pulp capping and filling may serve the purpose.show to your dentist

Dnt neglect it. Infection​ in primary teeth can affect the permanent tooth bud as well. If rc is required,do get it done.
