Cavity in tooth , pain in gums and swelling as well . There is also numbness in teeth and sometimes also pain while chewing food .

You need to get the infection in your teeth and gums treated at the earliest. You will require either a restoration (filling) or root canal depending on the extent of the cavity. And for your gums you need a scaling done.
