Hello Wisdom tooth doesn't have much role in chewing , in 90%people goes for removal(extraction) in sometime. In your case you have to start with antibiotics for 3 to 5 days so mouth opening will improve then go for extraction .
Next Steps
Upload IOPA or OPG
Health Tips
Do Hot saline gargles .mouth opening will improve a bit.

Any dentist mostly suggests patient to save the tooth by RCT but in case of wisdom tooth, the treatment changes and we advise patient to get it extracted b3cause most of the  times wisdom tooth has no role in chewing so it depends on ur case that if u don't chew from That side plz get it removed and if you chew from the wisdom tooth then plz get it saved

The choice of treatment for wisdom tooth is extraction if it’s not helping in chewing
