Wisdom teeth can be filled up if the mouth opening is good enough, but ideally an X-ray would determine what kind of filling the tooth needs.

Cost always depends on the depth of cavity.. It will be confirmed only after seeing through it.. Or an x ray will help.. If it is symptomatic.. Treatment is necessary.. Or else.. Sometimes. It might be hindering the other teeths health.. Then u mite have to remove it..

Wisdom teeth cavity if not symptomatic n small n shallow can be filled with any filling. Cost would be dependent on type of filling n depth or extent of cavity. But ideally an x-ray would give a complete picture.  Since  now that you know it's a cavity, only precaution you can take is visit a dentist at the earliest. Hope this helps.
Next Steps
visit a dentist.
