I did a root canal treatment of 1st molar, after treatment I had not any kind of pain and swelling then after 2nd setting also done but after 3rd setting I felt lots of pain and swelling of gum has risen so then my dentist prescribed me to take antibiotics but still i see no recovery . therefore I am here to looking for a 2nd opinion and what should be my next step?

Swelling of gum generally indicates infection. Get an X-ray done to check the tooth if the root canal filling is done properly. Accordingly you may require retreatment.
