Dear patient. Lymphocytosis or a high lymphocyte count, is an increase in white blood cells called lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are an integral part of our immune system. They aid combat diseases, so it's normal to see a temporary rise in the number of lymphocytes after an infection which can be viral, bacterial or other. A wbc of 3200 also indicates you are having some infection going on.
