Which is more accurate cect or plain ct for chest and abdomen or both have same clearity and who should opted cect and who should plain ct,pl tell about reliable one or will plain ct good if prob is excess gas and phlegm with uneasines and breathing difficulty

It depends totally on the pathology your doctor is suspecting for ....
For vessels and lymph node view ...CECT is definitely better
For lung parenchyma view ct thorax ..in better terms high resolution ct thorax is better

That is a question a doctor has to answer after he has physically examined you.
Ideally a CT scan should not be done without a doctors consent especially a CECT.
I strongly discourage such investigations.

CECT / HRCT chest for lungs included contrast for proper visual of soft and blood vessels.

Always better to go for contrast dye enhanced CT for Chest as well as abdomen

It depends for what you are doing CT scan.
But CECT is more better as it shows details regarding blood vessels and lymph nodes.
Befor going for Contrast CT get serum creatinine done.
