Hi there... I can understand your concern. Celine 500mg tablets contains vitamin c. It is a chewable tablet. It can be taken even by mixing in a glass of water. Take it for as long as your doctor has prescribed you and follow up with him. The body uses vitamin C in many different ways. Vitamin C is needed by the body to form skin, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. It also uses this vitamin to repair and maintain cartilage, bones and teeth, to heal wounds and to form scar tissue.
