Cervical and neck stiffness
I am sales job which demands travelling. And most of time travel on car.i am facing an issue of stiff neck and spondalytis. Can we have permanent solutikn for this.

Regular progressive exercise can only prevent it to certain extent. e.g. There is no food which can be permanent in your body. So maintain a healthy lifestyle to stay healthy rather than looking for short term resolution

U can do self glides for ur cervical spine or else meet sports physio or manual therapist who can fix in short time

Hi.., neck stiffness is an indication of weak core n weak muscles of neck n upper limbs U need to consult a physiotherapist for the same Take IFT or cervical traction along with supervised exercise sessions for 8-10 sessions Learn proper ergonomic while driving , sleeping etc..

don't keep ur neck in forward bending position   like when using mobiles n laptops also do frequent chin tuck exercises to avoid forward head posturing.. T.c..
