  4. Cervical length and miscarriage. Normal?

Cervical length and miscarriage
In NT scan at 13 week 5 days my cervical length was 31 mm×28mm.that time bleeding occurred.after 16 week my cervical length shows 40mm×22mm.is it normal? My previous pregnancy was miscarried at 20 week.
