Cervical mucus
The insides of my vagina feels watery and the opening of my vagina feels soft. My cervix is positioned high and it feels soft to touch. I'm expecting my periods within 3-4 days. I had my periods but the flow is low( but bright red with clots). All my pregnancy tests are negative(urine- negative and beta hcg is 0.4 one month after intercourse) So can the cervical mucus indicate pregnancy or not??

Consistency of the Cervical mucus indicates only if you have ovulated or not. If you don't get your periods on expected date, repeat urine pregnancy test and meet your doctor.
