Cervical pain since 10 days
I am suffering from cervical pain since las 10-day and pain is not going at all it started one fay all of sudden in the midnight and it makes me wake up, I went to a physician he gave me clinical medicine for 2 days but it didn't help me then I contacted physio she suggested me a couple of exercises which I am doing on regular basis, the problem is when I walk or do any activity pain is very minor but the moment I set in front of the laptop to work than an intense pain starts and if I compare it with the very first day the level of pain is not yet reduced, pls suggest what should I do.
