Hello all,
I had a cervical spine MRI recently after having pain near my shoulder blade and what felt
like nerve pain radiating down my right arm
I have attached a photo. They said I have disc osteophytic complex
Summary: Multilevel cervical disc degeneration with the changes worst
at C6/7 where there is a very large disc osteophytic complex effacing CSF
and indenting the cord and producing high grade stenosis of the right C7
foramen. There are similar but more minor changes at C5/6 and more minor
changes elsewhere.
I have attached a photo. Given my age can I improve this with physio, targeted exercise etc? I'm just worried as I'm so young.
I have over 250 MRI images so can share more if required.
Thanks in advance
