Cervical slime problems 33YO
Hello all, I had a cervical spine MRI recently after having pain near my shoulder blade and what felt like nerve pain radiating down my right arm I have attached a photo. They said I have disc osteophytic complex Summary: Multilevel cervical disc degeneration with the changes worst at C6/7 where there is a very large disc osteophytic complex effacing CSF and indenting the cord and producing high grade stenosis of the right C7 foramen. There are similar but more minor changes at C5/6 and more minor changes elsewhere. I have attached a photo. Given my age can I improve this with physio, targeted exercise etc? I'm just worried as I'm so young. I have over 250 MRI images so can share more if required. Thanks in advance

Yes you have severe stenosis. First modality will be physiotherapy. If it doesn’t work, then you should go for surgery
