I am having constant pain in my upper arm and neck and head i have done MRI of Cervical Spine and it says LOSS OF CERVICAL LORDOSIS

This is could be the cause of headache and pain in arms . Please consult a orthopaedic surgeon and under his guidance have physiotherapy. He may solve most your problem
