There are variety of medicines and ways to control the pain of c-spine section, try meeting a neurologist in your area and explain them the conditions so the right diagnosis and treatment can be offered to you, as per your profile your age is 19 years and that's too young to go for surgery until we have exhausted all other options. Also try wearing a cervcial collar support from morning to evening so you get the support in your cervical region followed by some neck exercises for cervical spondylosis that would surely be of some benefit to you.
