Having pain and current like sensation in head and neck and not able to sleep. He was given vertin for 5 days last month but after few weeks the problem started again. Presently he is unable to sleep & having pain and current like sensation in head and neck.

Hello sir. Pain and current like sensation may be due issues in cervical spine like cervical spondylosis however a detailed evaluation is needed to be sure. Not able to sleep is a different issue and has to be addressed separately.
