Cervical spondylosis
I am facing from Cervical spondylosis and my doctor is prescribed surgery for that. I usually have headace and pain in the neck and cannot move my neck right or left easily. Can you suggest what should I do ?

Dear mam Need to check clinically with MRI images, how much is the cord compression? Meanwhile take precautions that no undue jerks will be there. If pain responds to medicine at desirable level, please continue, but if neurological involvements started then there is no grace. Take care
