Cervical Spondylosis
Suffering of occasional Vertigo,especially while turning in bed .accompanied with ear numbness, eye irritation. Feels drowsy and weak. What should we do? it seems u are having BPPV , Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , try for that treatment

What’s the duration of vertigo? Few seconds or hours? Does she feel that everything is rotating around her? Does she have associated hearing loss ?

You need to consult ENT surgeon specialized in vertigo.it could be BPPV. You can do bradnt daroff exercises as shown on YouTube
