Im a male 26 yr old..Since Last month Im having pain at the back of the neck on the left side which started radiating to the left arm i had numbness in index and middle finger too.. i consulted many physicians too they gave me muscle relaxnts ,B12 tablets and pain killers too but still im having pricking type of pain at back of neck. And On x ray the report showed as Cervical Straightening.Tried physiotherapy too. What should i do now?? Is it due to gym or abnormal posture during sleep??
