Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi I had a misscarriage in my first pregnancy because of that doctor suggested me to do cervical stitch during 4th month of second pregnancy. Two days ago i got stomach pain and abortion happened. Please tell me why abortion happened after stitches? What are precautions need to take in next pregnancy? Is there any treatment for cervical strongness before pregnancy?
