Cervicle radiculopathy n internal tremor
Sir I am having internal mild tremors since March 2020 having internal vibration in left side of head n sometimes in lower back ...mostly feeling lasting for few seconds multiple times in a day simultaneously felt in head lower back it's like a vibrating machine used by salon over our head shown to neurologist.. did b12 t3 t4 n tsh d3 test all results normal except d3 levels advised following medicine 1. Inderal 20 mg twice 2. Mag, d3 tayo6000, absolute 3G , evion 400 feeling relieved entire day except during first 4  in morning rest all time the vibration becomes very very mild n bearable no external movement seen otherwise fit bp n sugar within limits exercising regularly what shall I do for morning hrs?...having cervicle spondylosis since 2014 cv3 to CV 7 n lumbar L4 L5 n L5 S1 ...doing regular yoga n  isometric  exercises ...keeping myself free of neck stiffness n pain .keeping posture correct ..recently advised to take clanozepam .25 mg n escitaloprám 5 mg before bed...
